How to return a product
By making a purchase from Green Time Wellness, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that these products contain CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new product.
We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, we make no claims as to any benefits of products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products according to the FDA.
Please email email@example.com or call (337) 889-HEMP if there are any issues with the product you received; we are more than happy to work with you to get them resolved. If you want to return your unopened product within 14 days of delivery, please see our Returns Process below:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product.
- Within 14 days of receiving your product, ship the unopened product back to the return shipping address on your package – please also email the tracking number to email@example.com.
- Once we receive your package at our facility and can confirm its unopened condition, a refund for the original sale price will be issued to the original form of payment. We will email you a confirmation receipt. Refunds typically appear on your bank statement within 3-7 business days.
Returns must be mailed back to Green Time Wellness within 14 days of being received. No RMA is needed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs **Please note that we are not able to accept any returned products that have been opened or used**
